Luxury Details This is not your average short-term rental. The vintage style of a Parisian pied-à-terre is highlighted through various found objects and statement decor. This property is intentionally designed for the sophisticated traveler who is always looking for a one-of-a-kind stay. Enter the property with ease and ensure security at all times with the smart lock keyless door lock. An entry code will be provided prior to your stay. A soft water system has been installed throughout the home transforming municipal water into clean, safe water that is gentle on hair and skin. The kitchen is outfitted with elevated dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and barware to make your intimate celebrations a stunning occasion. A 65” flat screen tv is provided in the living room. Connect to your favorite apps using Apple TV. For an unforgettable, Nashville music experience, inquire about our in-house live music offering. There is also a curated collection of classic games (Dominos, cards, Monopoly, Clue, etc. as well as puzzles.) Throughout the common areas, automatic, evening lighting sets the mood each night as well as dimmer switches in all living spaces and bedrooms. Luxury linens, Certipur-US memory foam mattresses, and down feather pillows adorn each bed to maximize comfort and promote a restful night’s sleep. In addition, sound machines, portable, adjustable fans (for those that love sleeping with a fan), and blackout curtains and/or shades are provided in each bedroom. All soaps (including dishwasher/laundry detergent and personal care items) are free of parabens, synthetic fragrance, sulfates, phthalates, and formaldehyde-sourced chemicals. Sheets and duvet covers are made from either 100% organic cotton or 100% organic bamboo. Bath towels are 100% rare Suprima cotton. Rain shower heads are included in both 3rd floor bathrooms. Toilet stools (aka The Squatty Potty) are also available in each full bath. A towel warmer is provided in the master bath. An EV charging station (Rivian brand) is also available to guests. Other Details to Note
Important Information This property is in compliance with all city ordinances regulating short term rentals. If requested, a copy of the active, short-term rental permit will be provided to booked guests. Parking This property comes with one dedicated parking space in the driveway behind the house. (See photo with the 80s Mercedes for reference.) For more modern drivers, the EV Rivian charging station is immediately adjacent to this parking space for ease of use. There is plenty of available guest parking nearby should the need arise. A paved sidewalk connects the shared driveway to the front entrance of the property. East Nashville is home to the creative class (aka musicians and artists) so be advised that you may hear and/or see music happening nearby, either at Nelson’s Drum Shop or potentially a neighboring property. This is sporadic and very minimally disruptive, but worth noting for those extremely sensitive to sound. East Nashville also has multiple train lines that run through the neighborhood. This is just a part of living in the city and this property is located near one of those railways. Trains go by periodically and may or may not use their horn at street crossings. We have no control over the schedule, safety protocols, or behavior of conductors. In general, this is a very peaceful area with minimal noise disruptions beyond typical, city living (cars driving by, people walking their dogs, etc). From time to time, you might even hear or catch a glimpse of fireworks from Nissan Stadium when they are used at the end of a Titans game, music performance, or the infamous 4th of July fireworks display.
